Please make sure your CSV file has a column “Email” only when you import it. Remove all other columns and keep them clean with Email column as the first column with email address data. If you still receive an error then I will ask you to save your CSV file again and try reuploading it. You can also contact our support panel with your CSV file to identify the problem.
