License Warnings and How to Resolve Them

1 min read

Sometimes users may face license warnings and Apache server-side errors due to improper installation and configuration of Email Verifier Pro. These issues often arise when the installation documentation is not followed exactly. The errors are based on several security checks conducted by our automated license checker system, integrated with security applications. However, there’s no need to worry — we’ve outlined possible causes and solutions below.

Warning Types & Fixes

Warning Code Possible Issue Fix
Warning Code: 101 Your domain does not match with your license key! This key is already registered to another domain. To resolve, deregister the key from the old domain before activating it on a new domain.
Warning Code: 102 License misconfigured. Please contact EVP Support! There may be an issue with your license configuration. If your script support is still active, contact EVP Support for investigation.
Warning Code: 103 No Response Found. Please contact EVP Support! This issue occurs if your installation does not use SSL/HTTPS. Ensure your domain is forcing HTTPS. Modify the .htaccess file in the public_html directory if necessary. Check that no ModSecurity or firewall is blocking the script. If issues persist, contact EVP Support.
Warning Code: 104 License already in use. Please contact EVP Support! You are trying to activate a license already in use. Contact EVP Support to reset your license and reactivate it.
500 Internal Server Error / PHP Permission Denied Error / Unknown Error This error often occurs when files are uploaded as the root user, causing permission issues. Ensure files are owned by the Apache web user group (not root). Check your server logs for more details. Fix file permissions (755 for folders, 644 for PHP files) and consult your Apache logs for further investigation.
DATA MISMATCH! You are using old files conflicting with new ones. Delete all old files and upload the latest files. Ensure proper permissions are set, and follow the video installation guide.
License not valid Your license code is incorrect or the files are outdated. Ensure you are using the latest files from your account download page and verify the license code.
